Echocardiographic assessment of cardiac function after continuous exposure to TCDD for 14 months. Stroke volume (A), stroke volume normalized to body weight (B) and ejection fraction (C) were assessed in males and females after 14 months of continuous exposure to TCDD. Ejection fraction and stroke volume were assessed after exposure to TCDD in utero at E15.5 (D). All data are expressed as mean + SD.
