Results exploring the effect of the interaction term GPSpsych × GA on cognitive outcome in 4934 unrelated individuals. β3 is the estimate of the effect size of the interaction term GPSpsych × GA, SE is the standard error of the effect size and p3 is the corresponding p-value. Bonferroni correction was used to adjust for multiple testing and p-values < 0.01 (0.05/5) were considered statistically significant. Significant results are indicated in bold.
