Sensitivity analysis using control efficacy as the output. A negative-control (dummy-parameter) was used to assign a zero value for a sensitivity index. Parameters values below the dummy are considered as not contributing to the model output. The result corresponds to the city of Sobral-CE, but the rank is obtained for the other cities.
