(a) 3D printing the PLA casting mold using FFF-type 3D printer; (b) Pouring the UV curable resin into the casting mold followed by degassing process, and inserting the neodymium magnet; (c) Curing the resin using UV lamp; (d) Separating the MDD from the casting mold by soaking in acetone.
