Growth kinetics of the putative phage-immune B. cereus VKM B-370 cultures upon the infection with the Sam46-T and Sam46-C phages. The measurement was carried out in the original B. cereus VKM B-370 strain used as (a) the control and (b–f) five cultures of the putative lysogenized cells collected from the central part of five separate turbid plaques formed by the Sam46-T phage. The graphs was created with SigmaPlot v.12.5 (http://www.sigmaplot.co.uk/products/sigmaplot/produpdates/prod-updates18.php). Error bars represent standard deviation of the means for three replicates.
