Dropout ratio was calculated as the percentage peak height dropout of the smallest locus (amelogenin) relative to the largest loci (FGA, D7S820, D16S539, D18S51, CSF1P0 and D2S1338). *Significant differences (p < 0.01) between control group teeth and teeth incinerated at 100 °C for 60 min.
