TSA inhibition cell growth is partially dependent on FHIT. Flow cytometry assay of apoptosis analysis for TSA (A) and TanI (B), FHIT WT and KO HCT116 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of ligand for 24 h, then cells were stained for PI and Annexin V before flow cytometry analysis.
