The most abundant gene ontologies including molecular functions, biological processes and cellular components in CK2 vs. MT2. “Cytoplasm (GO:0005737)” was the most abundant GO group, followed by “cytoplasmic part (GO:0044444)”, “GTP binding (GO:0005525)”, “guanyl ribonucleotide binding (GO:0032561)”, “guanyl nucleotide binding (GO:0019001)” and “iron ion binding (GO:0005506)”.
