Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis of the DEGs in CK2 vs. MT2. The DEGs in CK2 vs. MT2 were enriched in 7 pathways. Genes corresponding to the categories “Oxidative phosphorylation”, “Plant–pathogen interaction”, “Phenylpropanoid biosynthesis”, “Glycine, serine and threonine metabolism”, “ABC transporters”, “Stilbenoid, diarylheptanoid and gingerol biosynthesis” and “Flavonoid biosynthesis” were enriched.
