Pathway analysis of ruminal fluid (A) and feces (B) polar metabolites of Nelore steers. This analysis was undertaken using MetaboAnalyst 4.0 software according to the Bos taurus KEGG pathway database. Darker colored, larger areas of the bubbles represent more significant metabolite changes in the corresponding pathway. The letters indicate the pathways (see Table 2).
