DAPI for nuclear staining in blue. Colocalization between GFAP and CD31 is highlighted by arrows. Colocalization is clear but incomplete. GFAP immunoreactivity is also clearly visible in the parenchyma around the vessel (arrowheads), while CD31 is limited to the blood vessel (asterix).
