(D) Relative mRNA expressions of stem cell markers (Nanog, Oct4, and Sox2), osteoblast markers (Runx2, Alpl, and Col1a1), and osteocyte markers (Opn, Phex, and Sost) in monolayer and spheroid incubated for 4 days, and sph-mono were measured by real-time PCR. All the mRNA expressions were normalized to Gapdh expressions while the results were expressed as relative amounts against the expression of monolayer sample (n = 6). The graphs represent the mean ± standard error. Bar indicates the significance between groups, which was calculated from ANOVA with Tukey’s HSD post-hoc test (α = 0.05).
