Multimodal imaging of a 45-year old male patient (case 2) in group 1. Fundus photography showed serous detachment at macular area (a). Early phase (b) and late phase (c) fluorescein angiography showed typical point-source leakage and choroidal hyperfluorescence was observed by indocyanine green angiography (d). Optical coherence tomography angiography showed choroidal neovascularization (e) without visible core vessel and structural oprical coherence tomography showed subretinal fluid accumulation with retinal pigment epithelial irregularity (f).
