Inclusion criteria (women with osteoporosis)

Exclusion criteria (both groups)

• Participant's age between 60 and 65,

• Diagnosed with osteoporosis

• Informed consent of the patient to participate in the study,

• State of physical and / or mental fitness allowing participation in the study,

• No contraindications to taking up physical exercise,

• Fall in an interview—obtaining as detailed information as possible about the circumstances and consequences of the incident

• Lack of informed consent to participate in the study,

• Age under 60 and over 65,

• The state of physical and / or mental fitness does not allow participation in the study,

• Contraindication to exercise,

• Significant orthopedic diseases that significantly limit joint mobility, e.g. advanced osteoarthritis, joint stiffness, coxarthrosis,

• Rheumatic diseases such as rheumatism,

• Neurological diseases such as: Parkinson's disease, post-stroke condition, Huntington's disease, labyrinthine disorders,

• Active neoplastic disease
