Colonic mRNA expression of Il17 (a), Tnfa (b) and Park7 (c) and the protein level of PARK7 (d, e) were determined by real-time PCR (a–c) and Western blot (d, e) (n = 5–6). Relative expression levels are presented in comparison with Gapdh mRNA (a–c) or ß-actin protein (d, e) as internal control and normalized to WT at day 0 group.
