The input layer consumes the knowledge-enriched genome datasets comprising of extracted patterns of SOM learning of the respective genome isolates and additional knowledge sieved from analysis of the genome sequences (i.e., number of natural clusters discovered from the genomic tree, discovered SOM sub-strain clusters, and link sequences derived from cognitive maps of the various isolates).
