Data was normalized to RPL32/UBC and represents the mean ± SD of two independent experiments. (c) RT-qPCR analysis using junction-specific divergent primers showed LMP-2 and circLMP-2_e5 were located in both nucleus and cytoplasm of GM12878 cells. Data was normalized to the RNA yield ratio and represents the mean ± SD of two independent experiments.
