Flowchart of the segmentation maps: (i) input the brain image, (ii) utilize the TSOMT method to transform the brains into cubes, (iii) predict the WT (yellow), TC (red), and ET (blue) through 3D U-Nets Net 1, Net 2, and Net 3, respectively, (iv) reverse the cube prediction back to a brain prediction via the inverse TSOMT method, and (v) merge the WT, TC, and ET.
