The arrow indicates to the enriched pathways, where, 1 is cysteine and methionine metabolism; 2 is glycine, serine and threonine metabolism; 3 is phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis; 4 is taurine and hypotaurine metabolism; 5 is histidine metabolism and 6 is alanine, aspartate and glutamate metabolism.
