Woods were observed thanks to their autofluorescence (green). Scale bar = 20 µm. (B) Quantification of the surface occupied by mCherry—S.aureus spots related to total area of woods. Interactions of time and wood on aera were evaluated by linear mixed effects models considering a random effect (R software, nlme package). Error bars represent SEM of the mean.
