Contribution of different taxonomic groups in genera composition of eukaryotic phytoplankton in Lakes Burabay (A,B) and Shchuchie (C,D) based on microscopy (B,D) and molecular (A,C) approaches. Spearman correlative analysis, linear regression and curve estimation (Suppl. File 1) indicated positive correlation between plankton genera distribution defined by microscopic and NGS approaches.
