Data were normalized to Ponceau S and expressed as fold change from WT 20 weeks and individual values are shown with bars indicating geometric means ± back-transformed SEM. * difference between time points, p < 0.05. Samples were loaded in a randomized order, repeated twice on the same gel. Therefore, representative images of the bands are cropped and reorganized to represent the respective time point and mouse. Expected and observed band size is indicated for each target.
