MGF-AuNPs inhibit the proliferation of PC-3 cells and not HAECs. (A) PC-3 cells were cultured in 96 well plates overnight for adherence and rest. The cells were treated with indicated doses of MGF-AuNPs and for 48 and 72 h. MTT assay was performed at the end of the treatment. (B) HAECs were cultured overnight in 96 well plates for rest and adherence. The cells were treated MGF-AuNPs for indicated times and doses. MTT assay was performed at the end of the treatment.
