LEfSe test with alpha value = 0.05 and threshold of absolute logarithmic linear discriminant analysis (LDA) score > 2. Higher absolute values of the LDA score represent higher enrichment and discriminative performance. Compared to healthy, Porphyromonas, Fusobacterium are overabundant in gingivitis and periodontitis-osteomyelitis samples. In contrast, Neisseria is underabundant in gingivitis and periodontitis-osteomyelitis samples.
