AngioNet Architecture Diagram. AngioNet is composed of an Angiographic Processing Network (APN) in tandem with Deeplabv3+. The APN is designed to improve local contrast and vessel boundary sharpness. The output of the APN, a single channel filtered image, is copied and concatenated to form a 3-channel image which is input into the backbone network.
