Linear 125I-insulin serum clearance. 125I-insulin serum clearance curves for (A) males were decreased due to HFD compared to LFD but did not differ in (B) females. Clearance rates (Ki) were calculated for (C) males and were significantly different due to diet (^p < 0.05) but not for (D) females. There were not post-hoc differences.
