Exogenous administration of synthetic EET regioisomers evoked vasoconstriction of the ophthalmic artery. Cumulative application (0.01 nmol/L–1 µmol/L) of (a) 5, 6- (b) 8, 9- (c) 11, 12- and (d) 14, 15-EET in the absence and presence of AUDA (100 nmol/L) exhibited significant concentration-dependent vasoconstriction of the vessels. Values are expressed as mean ± s.e.m, n = 6 per group. Absence of error bar indicates that the s.e.m was less than the size of the symbol. ****P < 0.0001, vs. L-NAME + indomethacin + baicalein_ACh at respective concentration.
