From: Noise reduction by adaptive-SIN filtering for retinal OCT images
The flowchart of our proposed adaptive-SIN algorithm. In the algorithm, the noise in OCT images are redistributed, and then the redistributed images are decomposed by 3D shearlet transformation, adaptively thresholded to remove the noise and finally reconstructed to obtain the high-quality OCT images.
