Box plots of nuclei and cell elongation dependent on the line width (10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 µm and NP samples) where 0 denotes a round structure and 1 a line. For the statistical analysis 400 nuclei and cells were used for each condition. The statistics included in figure 4 are summarized in Supplementary Tables S4, S5, and *denotes p ≤ 0.05, **denotes p ≤ 0.01, and ***denotes p ≤ 0.001.
