Renal expression profiles of the seven selected candidate housekeeping genes in Pkd1-deficient mouse models. Lower threshold values (Ct) indicate higher expression levels. The median values are expressed as horizontal lines while the error bars represent the corresponding interquartile ranges. The Actb Ct values were the highest ones, reflecting the lowest expression levels whereas the Actg1 Ct values were the lowest, indicating the highest expression.
