From: Intracellular translocation of HMGB1 is important for Zika virus replication in Huh7 cells

HMGB1 translocation during ZIKV infection. Huh7 cells were mock-infected or infected with ZIKV at an MOI of 1. Cell lysates were harvested at 24-, 48- and 72-h post-infection (h.p.i). The nuclear (a) and cytosolic (b) proteins were determined by immunoblot assay for HMGB1 detection. Statistical significances between the groups were indicated: *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001.
