From: Intracellular translocation of HMGB1 is important for Zika virus replication in Huh7 cells
Extracellular HMGB1 levels during ZIKV infection: (a) Huh7 cells were mock-infected or infected with ZIKV at an MOI of 1. Supernatants of cell culture were harvested at 24-, 48- and 72-h post-infection (h.p.i) and the level of HMGB1 was measured by ELISA. Asterisks (**) indicate a significant difference (P < 0.01). (b) Huh7 cells were mock-infected or infected with ZIKV at an MOI of 1, 3 and 5. Supernatants were then harvested at 72 h.p.i for extracellular HMGB1 detection by ELISA. Statistical differences between the groups were indicated: *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001.
