Serum reactivity of the eight antigens tested with ten reference sera. To assess the reactivity of the antigens, the coupled microspheres were incubated with ten different sera. Sera were selected for their immunological status: N = Trypanozoon-negative sample; T. evansi (A) Px = positive sample for T. evansi type A infection; T. equiperdum Px = positive sample for T. equiperdum OVI infection. a The antigen reactivity was assessed after the improvement of experimental conditions.
