From: Detection of Gag C-terminal mutations among HIV-1 non-B subtypes in a subset of Cameroonian patients
HIV-1 Gag gene mutations with significant increase in frequency from isolates between drug-naive and NRTI/NNRTI and/or PI/r treated patients. Statistical differences were assessed by chi-squared tests of independence (PI/r vs. ART-naïve and RTI vs. ART-naïve). p-values were significant at a false discovery rate of 0.05 following correction for multiple comparison. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.001; ***p < 0.0001 for PI/r treated patients vs. those ART naïve. Δ p < 0.05 for the comparison between NRTI/NNRTI vs. ART naïve. NNRTI: non-NRTI, NRTI: nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor, PI/r: ritonavir boosted protease inhibitors, RTI: reverse transcriptase inhibitor.
