The numbers in the overlapping areas represent the number of OTUs shared between groups, and the numbers in areas without overlap represent the number of OTUs unique to the sample group. In (c, d), the abscissa is the number of sequencing pieces randomly selected from a sample, and the ordinate is the number of OTUs that can be constructed based on the number of sequencing pieces to reflect the sequencing depth.
