UPMGA clustering tree diagram of species composition at bacteria and fungi phyla level. In (a) and (b) refer to the UPMGA cluster tree of bacteria and fungi respectively. Both UPMGA cluster trees are based on the relative abundance data of the sample species. The length of the branch represents the distance between samples, and if the community composition of samples is similar, they are clustered into the same cluster in the cluster tree. The relative abundance was the average of 5 replicates.
