Effect of SIN-1 on in vitro angiogenesis by ECFCs. Image (A) and (B) shows images of capillary tube formation by ECFCs on Matrigel matrix in untreated and SIN-1 treated group respectively. Images are at 4 × magnification with 50 µm scale bar. (CE) represents number of branches, number of junctions and branch length of capillary tubes formed in untreated and SIN-1 treated groups (n = 3 for each group). Student ttest was used to assess the significance difference. Data is represented as mean ± SE. Error bar represent standard error of mean; dots represent average values of the parameters obtained from experimental duplicates; p ≤ 0.05 considered statistically significant. AU: Arbitrary Unit.
