Galaxy pipeline construction enabled by GAIT-GM. Metabolomics and gene expression data are mapped to KEGG pathways. Relevant features are identified using existing statistical analysis approaches. Changes in metabolite levels are modeled as a result of changes in gene expression. Pipelines for data-driven and biology-informed integration are easily created.
