Analysis of activation status of PDGFRα proteins in SMA and RIPA soluble fractions. Untreated 3T3L1 fibroblasts were extracted with SMA or RIPA. Insoluble material was removed by centrifugation and proteins were analysed by immunoblotting (IB) with specific antibodies. As controls, samples from untreated cells (−ve control) and cells treated with PDGF-BB ligand (+ve control) were prepared and separated on the same gel.
