Average lockdown value as a function of the demand rate of different activity sites. Each point in the plot shows the time average of the optimal lockdown policy for a particular type of activity site within a particular subregion. We note that the demand rates are plotted in log scale. We observe a clear increasing relationship between the optimal average lockdown value and the demand rate of a given activity site.
