Principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) of bacterial communities from Bulk phosphate mine samples (from Bulk_RP1 to Bulk_RP3), wild phosphate mine plants Alternanthera caracasana (from NP1_1 to NP1_3), Digitaria sanguinalis (from NP2_1 to NP2_3), Dittrichia Viscosa fromNP3_1 to NP3_3) and wheat crop (fromWR_1 to WR_3). Analyses were done by using Jaccard distance matrix and visualized with emperor.
