Administration of IF1 improves motor behavior of α-syn transgenic mice. Administration of IF1 in mice overexpressing α-synuclein was conducted to investigate the PD-like behavior abnormalities. (A) The pole test was conducted and each parameter, turn time, descent time, and total time, were compared within groups (GST, n = 5; IF1, n = 5). (B) Strength was assessed by hanging test.
