COVID-19 patients exhibit varying levels of cytokines and chemokines that correlate with disease severity. Cytokine and chemokine levels for day-of-admission COVID-19 serum samples alongside 20 normal samples. Mean and SEM for (A) MCP-3, IL-1α, TNF-β, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-9, IL-13 and (B) IL-10, IP-10, IL-15, sCD40L, MIP-1α and MIP-1β are depicted. Statistically significant differences as determined by one-way ANOVA are indicated as p < 0.0001 (****), p < 0.001 (***), p < 0.01 (**), and p < 0.05 (*).
