Concentration and time dependent percent MTT reduction of miRNA coated Au Nps in MCF-7 cells. A negative control miRNA coated with Au Nps was considered as Control miRNA. The viability of the control cells was considered as 100%. Values represents mean ± S.E. of three independent experiments (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.001).
