The structure snapshots of the clamped complex under constant tensile forces of 0.0 (a), 20 (b), 40 (b), 60 (d) and 80 pN (e). At each tensile force ≤ 80pN, unfolding did not occur in simulation, showing a fine mechanical stability and structural conservation of the complex. Each structural snapshot was taken from the samples at simulation time of 40 ns.
