  1. Sarcopenia was defined based on the European Working Group on sarcopenia in older people 2 (EWGSOP1) definition.
  2. Model 1: Adjusted for age (continuous), sex (male/female).
  3. Model 2: Further adjusted for physical activity, smoking, alcohol consumption, drug history, and history of the disease (including diabetes, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, asthma and arthritis).
