Statistical significance was determined by one-way ANOVA Kruskal–Wallis test followed by Dunn. (B) Kaplan–Meier analysis of disease-free survival based on the level of CCR8+ Tregs. Lung cancer patients (n = 50) were divided into high and low CCR8+ Treg groups based on the median percentage of CCR8+ FOXP3+/CD45+ cells in TICs. Statistical significance was determined by the log-rank (Mantel–Cox) test.
