Anti-tumor effect of anti-CCR8 antibody in murine model of lung cancer. H-2 Kb-LLC cells were intradermally inoculated into C57BL/6 mice. At 3 and 8 days after tumor inoculation, the mice received intravenous injections of anti-CCR8 antibody or isotype control antibody (100 µg per mouse). Average tumor volumes are shown (n = 10 for each group). Statistical significance was determined by Mann–Whitney U test (***p < 0.001). Data are shown as mean values ± SD.
