From: TLR4 and SARM1 modulate survival and chemoresistance in an HPV-positive cervical cancer cell line
Knockout of TLR4 or SARM1 decreases proliferation and viability of HeLa cells. (a) TLR4 and SARM1 protein expression after gene editing. TLR4KO clone 5 and SARM1KO clone 3 were selected for further analysis. (b) Cell viability of clones of HeLa cells after TLR4 and SARM1 knockout. Cells were seeded in 96 well-plates, treated with LPS for 48 h and analyzed using PrestoBlue reagent assay. (c) Proliferation of TLR4KO, SARM1KO and parental HeLa cells.
