The scattering coefficients of CAR(\(T_{eh}\)), ER(\(R_{ee}\)), ET(\(T_{ee}\)) and LAR(\(R_{eh}\)), the parameters of the junction are setting as: \(N_{T} = 40\), \(N_{L} = 40\), \(V_{s} = -0.164 \,\hbox {meV}\), \(V_{1} = -0.4 \,\hbox {eV}\), \(V_{2} = 0.6 \,\hbox {eV}\).
